On the site of a former industrial site, this Grandview adaptive reuse took a greyfield and transformed it to a large, mixed-use five story building complete with Class A office space, 260 units, luxury amenities, and retail space. Located on busy Goodale Avenue, the footprint spans approximately two full city blocks while incorporating a glass bridge that respects the inherent city grid and creates the visual of two separate but connected buildings.
