Position Responsibilities:
- Leader for the project team
- Develops and manages project schedules and budgets to ensure project profitability
- Mentors, leads and delegates to associates
- Drives projects and takes on responsibilities as needed
- Removes hurdles for the team
- Responsible for quality assurance and control of projects
- Works with contractors, clients, and consultants
- Stays current on industry trends
- Collaborates within-house and external design teams
Required:
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 5+ years’ work experience in the profession
- Autodesk software proficiency (such as Revit and AutoCAD)
- Bluebeam proficiency
Preferred:
- 10 years’ work experience in the profession
- Registration in State of Ohio
- Experience in private sector projects
- Experience leading projects
- Leadership experience, natural mentor

Position Responsibilities:
- Implement design intent by producing high quality documents through all project phases, from Schematic Design thru Construction Administration
- Possess strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with the project team
Required:
- Associate degree in architecture or related field,
- 2+ years’ work experience in the profession
- Autodesk software proficiency (such as Revit and AutoCAD)
- Bluebeam proficiency
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field,

Drawing Manager
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing REVIT workflow and driving standard usage of REVIT within and outside the firm
- Oversee the Use of REVIT/AutoCAD software team-wide, including installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all software installations as well as analyze and solve user issues
- Provide end-user training, support, and leadership
- Support each project team by managing and creating content library files and templates, creating, and enforcing standards and evaluating project models
- Support project start-up coordination, helping teams develop strategies for effective delivery of quality documents, and set-up each project, thereby ensuring that each one is setup correctly
- Stay informed on best practices for use of REVIT and AUTOCAD
- Liaison with vendors, software developer support staff and maintain all software licenses
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture / construction management / technology or related field
- 5+ years’ work experience in the profession
- Autodesk software proficiency (such as Revit and AutoCAD)
- Bluebeam & Sketch-up proficiency
Preferred:
- Experience in the private sector projects
- Ability to provide training to colleagues
- Able to self-perform quality control
Desired:
- Experience working with an AEC firm

Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Position Responsibilities:
- Review Construction Documents and Specifications for private sector projects for errors and omissions, to include review of consultant coordination, core and shell integrity, code compliance, constructability, and specification coordination
- Responsible for evaluating, refining, building and implementing quality assurance processes with internal teams.
- Positive, process minded attitude and willingness to help train associate team members on best detailing and construction practices.
- Experience in different commercial architecture industries (industrial, multifamily, restaurant, etc).
- This quality focused role will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual with an eye for detail
- Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of Quality Assurance standards to improve quality and timely delivery of projects
- Provide advice and corrections to improve the quality of the Construction Documents
- Serve as a technical resource and provide mentorship to staff and cultivate an environment of shared knowledge and learning
Required:
- Must have a passion for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, with significant experience in leading construction documentation and contract administration for private sector architectural projects
- An understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards
- Professional degree in Architecture or Construction Management
- 10+ years’ work experience in the construction industry
- Ability to manage through influence in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and review multiple projects and project types at once
- Ability to introduce efficiencies and modern techniques to existing processes
- Strong communication, management, and mentoring skills
- High attention to detail
Preferred:
- General knowledge in using Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
Desired:
- Experience working as an on-site Construction Management experience.
