Great design and construction execution come from working with excellent partners and construction trades. For this Industry Cincinnati project in Over the Rhine we teamed up with Charles Street Partners, Al Neyer Construction, Schaefer Engineering, Korda Engineering, McMullen Engineering and Sketchblue graphic design to create this high-end mixed use apartment building. The design included stepped terraces to add green space and overlook downtown Cincinnati. It also incorporated a cozy bohemian styled interior design aesthetic to provide inviting and functional spaces for residents.
