Furniture Procurement

Continental Tower

Summary

At Continental Tower, furniture helps set the tone for a more elevated resident experience in downtown Columbus. Warm finishes, layered textures, rich color moments, and comfortable seating bring a boutique hospitality feel to the building’s shared spaces. Our procurement work shaped key moments from the first floor lobby to the 24th floor amenity spaces, where resident lounges, coworking areas, and a rooftop patio with pool come together to create a memorable destination.
