Axium Plastics, an international container manufacturer, was looking to expand their Columbus presence with another building on their New Albany campus. This entrepreneurial client is growing faster than we could build, resulting in a moving target project. Evolving from a warehouse to a factory and planning an expansion before construction was finished made it a new build, a renovation project, and an addition all at the same time.
