Our work at the Eldorado Scioto Downs paddock is a transformative upgrade that brings modern functionality to a long-standing racing tradition in Central Ohio. With 170+ stalls, integrated veterinary and driver amenities, and dedicated offices for staff and judges, this new paddock unifies horse care and race-day operations into one cohesive facility.

This project is the result of a uniquely collaborative process that applies our expertise in designing operationally efficient facilities. It’s a major step forward for the Eldorado Scioto Downs campus, and we’re proud to help strengthen this Central Ohio institution.
