Located near the Indianapolis motor speedway, the building is the new headquarters for the entire Rahal Letterman Lanigan racing team bringing both their IMSA and INDYCAR teams under one roof for the first time. A collaborative team developed a cutting edge design to encapsulate the spirit of car racing.

Through long-term partnerships with Renier and Moody Nolan, RLL Racing’s dream was realized. The final design includes spaces for car fabrication and maintenance, as well as education and human well-being.
