Utilizing Zanesville’s traditional styling, this development was designed to be a gateway into its historic downtown. The building was an expansion of the existing facility and became a catalyst for revitalization. Spanning across two city blocks, it includes a service center with commercial truck bays, a state-of-the-art showroom, a tiered plaza with vehicle display, and community event space. In collaboration with Acock Associates Architects, we handled the master-planning, design, development, and documentation.
