Along with rolling out their highly-successful Pins Mechanical brand into new markets, we turned our attention inward towards a vacant building downtown to transform it into an office experience with the same kick-ass mentality and high-energy vibes they project in their own work. Across four floors, this adaptive reuse balances an infusion of collaborative spaces and modern office environments with the care and restoration of the building’s architectural character and materials.
