With multiple projects anchoring a key intersection in the Short North Arts District, our team collaborated with long-standing local retailers to reimagine their sites through contextually responsive, transformative design. Working alongside Donatos and United Dairy Farmers, we were challenged to unlock land value through high-density, mixed-use developments that enhance the pedestrian experience along High Street. From overall planning and architectural design to the concept and build-out of each storefront, we delivered cohesive, brand-forward spaces that benefit both our clients and the broader community.
