Teaming up with the White Castle Company and working closely with the owners, contractors, and critical stakeholders, Archall lead the design and programming of all the structures on the site rendering this mixed-use, high-density, master-planned community has been an enormous success.

Formerly the corporate offices and manufacturing headquarters of White Castle, this site is where you will discover their new iconic 100,000 sq/ft white tower-crested office building. We also find the multi-tenant, Class A office building of 70,000+ sq/ft. 260+ units of multi-family buildings and amenities complete the trifecta of healthy, vibrant work / life / play functions to the site.
