This luxury apartment development has many firsts; the first major apartment complex in Glendale since the 1980s, the first project done entirely by t our Arizona team, and first project with developer, P.B. Bell. Being designed in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, it was important to P.B. Bell to incorporate touch-less access points and a variety of seating options in the amenity areas.
