A new 55,000 sf showroom and service area located on Shrock Road in Westerville, Ohio. The existing 7.8 acre offered design challenges due to the capacity of the site was being utilized. The exterior design is a great example of integration of city requirements with brand imaging from Honda. The predominate use of brick in the area and the marriage of brand image entry oil can and wave canopy creates a timeless design for this facility.

The existing used car and body shop building offered tight construction constraints and vehicular movement on site. The overall design is a 2 story facility with a full basement under the showroom.
