The OSU Gateway, also referred to as One Pearl Place, is an Edwards Community project in the University District. The Gateway is directed at young professionals entering the workforce as well as OSU’s graduate students.

Given it’s close proximity to the university, OSU Gateway provides market-rate, loft-style apartments for both students and young professionals working nearby. Spanning a full city block, the project includes a central parking garage surrounded by three separately programmed courtyards, allowing the residential portions of the building to maximize both E 8th and E 9th Avenues.
