Adaptive reuse of an existing downtown vibrant bank building, 50 West is an existing Cincinnati-based brewery that wanted to expand to a new market. Chillicothe has proven to be a great market for that expansion due to its close proximity to both Columbus and Cincinnati and its recent momentum is its recent revitalization.

Previously a bank, the 50 West in Chillicothe kept elements of its previous purposes in tact, including the refractory fire brick façade or the massive metal door securing the previous bank vault. Another great story in the book of archall.
