The facility incorporates secure rooftop parking, a second floor showroom, interior inventory display, and a “jewel box” element to display automobiles along the freeway. To take advantage of the prime real estate location, a multilevel service department is integrated into the same structure. LED lighting, radiant heating, and waste oil burners contribute to the energy efficient design decisions.
