Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience with some commercial construction background preferred
  • Possess profound understanding and knowledge of the building code and related publications (ie. Accessibility Code, Model Energy Code, etc)
  • Contribute to specification writing + review for Commercial and Multi-Family projects
  • Work with in-house team and consultants throughout construction document phase to assure accurate details and coordinated drawings
  • Assist with on-site construction assessments
  • Host small group or office education session to review best practices and lessons learned
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with a team
  • Be able to multi-task, act as a team player and be self-motivated
  • Be adaptable in a fast-paced, challenging, and friendly work environment

Required Proficiencies:

Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office

Preferred Proficiencies:
  • Contribute to the development of standard details and families
  • Work with in-house team to maintain and update office standards and libraries

Associate

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field, Master's Degree preferred
  • 2 years relevant professional experience
  • Be able to multi-task, act as a team player, and be self-motivated
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and communicate effectively with a team
  • Contribute to the design process and produce drawings through all phases of design, from Schematic Design to Construction Documents and Construction Administration
  • Be adaptable in a fast-paced, challenging, and friendly work place

Required Proficiencies:
  • Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
Preferred Proficiencies:
  • Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp

Marketing Manager — Social Media, Website and Analytics

Qualifications:
  • Build and manage social media profiles and presence including channels that are deemed relevant
  • Create and drive shareable quality content
  • Monitor and engage in social discussions about our company/industry
  • Track, measure and analyze success of social campaigns and initiatives
  • Create and Track Marketing Campaigns using SEO
  • Work alongside team members to help distribute content and materials that supports marketing goals
Required Proficiencies:
  • Marketing degree or equivalent work experience
  • Photography and writing skills
  • Active, well rounded personal presence in social media, in command of the networks and best practices
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with the ability to use data and intuition to inform decisions
  • Proficiency in using social media software
Preferred Proficiencies:

Project Architect

Qualifications:
  • Must be a registered Architect in Ohio
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Be able to multi-task, act as a team player, and be self-motivated
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and communicate effectively with a team
  • Manage projects through Design Development, contribute to and oversee the production and application of Construction Documents through Construction Administration and project closeout
  • Manage client and consultant communications, and consult with project members to achieve design solutions
  • Perform document reviews and on-site construction assessments
  • Be adaptable in a fast-paced, challenging, and friendly work place
Required Proficiencies:
  • Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office


Preferred Proficiencies:
