BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Qualifications:

The job responsibilities of the Business Development Director include, but are not limited to:
• Represent company in outside industry events
• Contact potential clients to establish a business relationship for future projects
• Research, plan and implement new target market initiatives
• Develop and track proposals for prospective projects
• Track & audit current pricing schedule with market & sector pricing
• Strategize and coordinate with sales force on specific sector targets
• Develop marketing campaigns for target market

Required

·     Bachelor’s degree

·     5+ years’ work experience in the profession

·     Strong copy writing skills

 

Preferred

·     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management (administration)

DRAWING MANAGER

Qualifications:

The job responsibilities of the Drawing Manager include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for developing and implementing REVIT workflow and driving standard usage of REVIT within and outside the firm
• Oversee the Use of REVIT/AutoCAD software team-wide, including installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all software installations as well as analyze and solve user issues
• Provide end-user training, support, and leadership
• Support each project team by managing and creating content library files and templates, creating, and enforcing standards and evaluating project models
• Support project start-up coordination, helping teams develop strategies for effective delivery of quality documents, and set-up each project, thereby ensuring that each one is setup correctly
• Stay informed on best practices for use of REVIT and AUTOCAD • Liaison with vendors, software developer support staff and maintain all software licenses

Required

·     Bachelor's degree in architecture / construction management / technology or related field

·     5+ years’ work experience in the profession

·     Autodesk software proficiency (such as Revit and AutoCAD)

·     Bluebeam & Sketch-up proficiency

Qualifications:

The job responsibilities of the IT Manager include, but are not limited to:
• Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support during office hours and after hours when scheduled
• Communicate with external IT company
o Track and monitor issues to insure timely resolution
o Escalate tickets if issue can not be identified and resolved
• Manage software licenses
• Prepare and maintain system support documentation
• Participate in and conduct technical training programs for team members
• Stay current on all software updates and training

Required

·     Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related fields,or equivalent experience

·     Must have excellent problem-solving abilities, oral and writtencommunication skills, as well as organizational skills

 

Preferred

·     Appropriate professional certifications are preferred, but not required.

·     Basic knowledge of physical network connectivity

·     Strong knowledge of Incidental management process and problem/resolutionactivities.

  • Review Construction Documents and Specifications for Commercial projects for constructability, technical accuracy and risk management.
  • Responsible for evaluating, refining, building and implementing quality assurance processes with internal teams.
  • Positive, process minded attitude and willingness to help train associate team members on best detailing and construction practices.
  • On site Construction Management experience.
  • Experience in different commercial architecture industries (industrial, multifamily, restaurant, etc).

Designer

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field, Master's Degree preferred
  • 5 years relevant architectural design professional experience

  • Be adaptable in a fast-paced, challenging, and friendly work place

  • Manage projects through Design Development, contribute to and oversee the production and application of Construction Documents through Construction Administration and project closeout
  • Manage client and consultant communications, and consult with project members to achieve design solutions
  • Perform document reviews and on-site construction assessments
  • Be adaptable in a fast-paced, challenging, and friendly work place
